SHIPPING /RETURN POLICY
Items will be shipped via UPS or USPS. While we try to ship as quickly as possible, special order or items that need to be hand- painted could take up to 10 days to ship. Original commission artwork will be shipped as soon as the artwork is dry enough to safely ship. The artist will contact you with the approximant date. Shipping could also be delayed during major holiday seasons.
If you provide the incorrect mailing address and your package is returned to sender you will not be refunded the shipping amount and the item will be returned to stock. Please be sure to double check and assure that your mailing address is correct.

Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please be sure you look at all of the photos and assure that the item is exactly what you want before purchasing. Vintage items and finds may have chips, crazing, lines, chippy paint, and discolorations that we think adds to the beauty of the item. We will be transparent regarding the condition of each item.
If local pick- up is arranged by the artist and the buyer and the item is not picked up within 7 days of the agreed upon date, the item will be returned to stock.
DAMAGES
We make every effort to package your purchased item in a secure and safe manner. We are not responsible for items damaged by shipping. You will be provided with a tracking number for your item. Should you not receive your package or your item arrives damaged from shipping you are responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company. Please be sure to save the box and take pictures of the damaged item. The shipping company requires that you file a claim within a specific time frame. Please check with the shipping company for that time frame.
